Shipping Policy
Normal turn around time is 1-2 business days from purchase to shipment. We only ship within the US via USPS. Orders over $100 ships free. The owner, Helene, is a one woman team. This means the process time takes a little bit longer. If a purchase needs to be rushed for a special occasion, feel free to reach out! The buyer will receive shipping and tracking via email address associated with the order.

Return & Exchange Policy
Each purchase is made to bring joy and happiness. Please do remember that most pieces from Scandinavian Form & Design are handmade, however if you are not happy with your purchase, items can be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Customer's are responsible for all return shipping costs. You may return your purchase within 7 days after receiving your package for full refund minus shipping costs in its original condition. Send us an email at hnilsson99@yahoo.com with information about the item you would like to return and we will provide the return address and any further instructions.
