Åsa has been making Santas (or as we say in Swedish "tomtar") for over 25 years.

 

These Swedish Santas are handmade in Småland, Sweden. The Santas are all hand felted with sheep wool using soap and lukewarm water, and with this process they make everything from the hats and clothing. The wool used is all unique to Scandinavia. The grey curly wool comes from sheep from an isle of Sweden called Gotland and the straight wool comes from Norway and Iceland. 

 

Each Santa is said to have it's own unique personality, and our collection grows each year.
